We in closing, we have coverednumerous issues to try and summarise here. Time management is not rocket science, it is simply an awareness of what is important and what is not. To implement your new work and life plans please jot down here your new S.M.A.R.T. goals and your RUBBISH BIN "BAD" habits that you no longer wish to undertake.

Review
Its one thing to set new goals and work habits but it is another thing to actually do them. As I teach in my classes, don’t set the benchmark to high so you know that success wont come. Set it very low to start off with and then gradually increase the height. Before you know it, you have achieved competence in a new skill without all the frustrations associated with learning
